Reject a Transaction

If a transaction has been announced in the system indicating you as a Buyer, then you have the option to Reject the transaction if the details are incorrect.

1.    In the Transactions menu item, go to your Inbox. Click on the Reject link for the transaction you wish to reject

2.    The details of the transaction will appear in a new window.

3.    Enter the Reason for Rejection and check the tick box to confirm you want to reject this transaction.

Please note that it is mandatory to enter a reason for rejection. The reason will be visible to the seller.

4.    Click on OK

5.    Once rejected, the transaction will move to your Finalized Transactions.

6.    The seller will receive the rejection notification and may either Modify and Resubmit or Withdraw. For more information see the Modify and Resubmit and Withdraw modules.
